Base Creative's unique process includes the ever-important strategy meeting. Everyone who has a decision making role in the project attends the meeting, lead by our dedicated project manager. It's here that we'll take a full creative brief from you and combine our ideas with your requirements.
The strategy meeting ensures that the first presentation satisfies the creative brief, and that every image, button and block of text has a right to be part of the website's design. The first design presentation is done face to face in order to accurately gain qualitative feedback. Investing this time ensures the project remains on schedule and in line with your own high expectations.
For larger projects, it may be important to put together a technical specification. This makes sure both you and us know what to expect. As a web design and development company, bespoke functionality is common. A technical specification helps our developers work towards a shared objective.
Once the development has been signed off, and you're happy with the design and the functionality, we test it, and test it, and test it again. From the home user with a Mac to the CEO with their first computer, we empathise with as many users in your target market as possible; accounting for almost every situation. We then hand it over to you for your own testing, afterwhich we refine and go live.
